He regularly advises and represents clients in shareholder disputes, oppression and mismanagement petitions, insolvency petitions, mergers and amalgamation of Companies and disputes between Trustees. Represented a Malaysian company in an infrastructure and construction Arbitration for construction of national highways in a claim worth Rs. 700 Crores. Conducted several Arbitrations against NHAI for the same entity.
Represented a prominent coffee retail company in an Arbitration dispute involving illegal diversion of funds in a claim worth Rs. 3,500 Crores.
Represented a leading e-commerce company in an Arbitration with a vendor who had made claims of Rs. 100 Crores arising out of breach of contract.
